Subprocessors

BookAvi is operated by Clyde Side Events Scotland Ltd, trading as BookAvi. To run the service we use the third-party providers listed below. Where BookAvi acts as a processor for your customer data, these providers are our subprocessors under the Data Processing Agreement.

Optional providers
Gmail, Microsoft 365 and your own SMTP server are only used if you choose to connect them in Settings. If you connect one, email you send through BookAvi is delivered by that provider under your own agreement with them rather than ours.
Changes to this list
We will update this page before adding or replacing a subprocessor that handles personal data. If you would like advance notice of changes by email, write to info@bookavi.com and we will add you to the notification list.
