Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Who this policy is from

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is issued by BookAvi Ltd, registered in Scotland, trading as "Bookavi" ("Bookavi", "we", "us"), and applies to all Bookavi subscriptions.

2. 30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Bookavi subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

3. How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all Bookavi orders. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
  • Email us at hello@bookavi.com and we will process your refund through Paddle.

4. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your Bookavi subscription at any time from your billing portal (accessed via the in-app Billing page) or by emailing hello@bookavi.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until that date, and no further charges will be made.

You may also cancel directly through Paddle at paddle.net.

5. What happens after a refund

Once a refund is processed, your subscription will be cancelled immediately and access to paid features will end. The refunded amount will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Beyond the 30-day window

After the 30-day money-back window, subscription fees are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time as described in section 4 to stop future charges. We may consider discretionary refunds for exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
